Each month, I will partake in a challenge with other food bloggers and come up with more yummy dishes for you! This month, food blogger @Francescakookt opened the challenge with the theme: snacks, or as the Dutch would say “borrelen”.
For this challenge I came up with 3 dips w/ Anchovies: Anchovies Herb Butter, Garlic Mayonnaise and Olive Oil. I also made a healthy snack: Mackerel Salad w/ Curry Spices in Lettuce Wraps. And I wouldn’t be The Spiced Chickpea, if I didn’t have a spicy snack on my platter. So how about some Spicy Surinamese Tuna Croquettes (mom’s recipe) as a smashing snack to up your platter game.
